Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive a second notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard domestic delivery typically ranges from 5–7 business days after processing, though timelines may vary by supplier. Accurate shipping estimates will always appear during checkout.
Shipping Rates for Marketplace Items
Definition of Marketplace Items
Marketplace items are products sourced from a network of third-party dropship companies for which Lakeshore Lifestyles Company serves as the retail storefront. These items are sold on behalf of their respective suppliers and are not produced, fulfilled, or shipped by Lakeshore Lifestyles Company. Instead, each Marketplace item is manufactured, packaged, and shipped directly by the originating vendor.
Marketplace items are clearly identified on both the storefront and individual product pages by the supplier name. Current Marketplace vendors include CJ DropShipping, Trendsi, and Zopi. To help customers easily recognize these products, all Marketplace items will feature a purple “Marketplace” banner on their product images and corresponding product pages.
Because each Marketplace vendor maintains its own shipping standards, carrier options, and cost structures, these items follow a dedicated shipping model separate from the rest of our catalog.
Marketplace Shipping Rates
Marketplace items are sourced from numerous suppliers, each with its own shipping standards, carrier relationships, and cost structures. To ensure consistency across these varied sources, a consolidated shipping rate system—based on the combined weight of all Marketplace items in a single order—is applied. These rates are evaluated periodically and updated in accordance with supplier schedules and carrier pricing.
The following Marketplace shipping rates are effective as of February 17, 2025. Final shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Rates for Non-Marketplace Items
Non-Marketplace items are fulfilled through several major supplier networks: Lakeshore Lifestyles exclusive in-house brands, Printify, Printful, Buddify partner retailers, and Shopify Collective partners. Shipping rates for these items are determined by the respective supplier and will be displayed during checkout once the destination address has been entered.
Lakeshore Lifestyles Exclusive Brands
Our exclusive in-house brands include Moonwake Threads, Bayside Bliss Skincare, Coastal Comforts Coffee, Shoreline Scents Candles, and Serenity Puzzles. These products may be fulfilled either through our trusted third-party production partners or directly by Lakeshore Lifestyles.
Shipping for items within these exclusive brands is calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted with the green “Free Shipping” banner on the storefront or product pages. Select products from Moonwake Threads are shipped directly from Lakeshore Lifestyles rather than a third-party provider. Shipping for these items is determined by weight, carrier availability, and destination, and will be displayed during checkout.
Printify-Supplied Items
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the print provider, item type, and delivery address. Items with shipping built into the product price, or items that ship free, will include a green “Free Shipping” banner on product images and a matching label on the product page.

Printful-Supplied Items
All Printful items either include shipping in the item price or ship free of charge. These products will feature a green “Free Shipping” banner on the product image and a matching label on the product page.

Buddify Network–Supplied Items
Products supplied through the Buddify network come from partnered retailers who fulfill and ship orders directly. Shipping rates for these items are determined by the individual partner and will be displayed during checkout once the destination address has been entered.
Delivery timelines and costs may vary depending on the item, partner location, and destination. Items with shipping included or items offering free shipping will be clearly marked with a green “Free Shipping” banner on the product image and a matching label on the product page whenever applicable.

Shopify Collective–Supplied Items
Products sourced through the Shopify Collective program are fulfilled and shipped directly by the partner retailer who created the item. Because these items are supplied by independent Shopify Collective partners, their processing times, shipping rates, and delivery timelines are set by the supplier and not by Lakeshore Lifestyles Company.
Shipping costs for Shopify Collective–supplied items will be displayed during checkout once the destination address has been entered. Items with free shipping or with shipping included in the product price will display a green “Free Shipping” banner on the product image and a corresponding label on the product page whenever applicable.

International Shipping
We are pleased to now offer international shipping to a growing list of destinations. Because our products are fulfilled by a diverse group of suppliers—each with its own shipping capabilities, carrier partnerships, and regional restrictions—availability, delivery timelines, and costs will vary based on the item and its originating provider. International shipping rates and eligibility will be displayed at checkout once the destination address has been entered. We continue to monitor global logistics and supplier readiness, and we look forward to expanding our international reach as conditions allow.
International shipping follows the same structure and classifications used for domestic shipping. All items are shipped according to their designated category—Marketplace Items or Non-Marketplace Items (including Lakeshore Lifestyles Exclusive Brands, Printify-supplied products, Printful-supplied products, Buddify network–supplied products, and Shopify Collective–supplied products). Shipping availability, carrier options, and international restrictions depend on the supplier fulfilling the item and the final destination. These details are calculated automatically during checkout based on the product’s origin and the destination provided.
Items marked with the green “Free Shipping” banner on the storefront or on individual product pages qualify for free shipping to any United States domestic address only. Shipping charges will apply to all international shipments. If an item cannot be shipped to a selected country, the checkout system will display an error message indicating that shipping to that destination is unavailable. Because international availability is influenced by evolving political conditions, trade agreements, carrier limitations, and supplier capabilities, there is no definitive list of countries to which shipping is permitted or restricted. Instead, we rely on real-time data within the checkout system to determine destination eligibility. We continually monitor global developments and supplier updates and will adjust our international shipping options as new information becomes available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. If an alternative address is required to guarantee delivery, we may contact you for updated information.
Shipping Delays
While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience and will communicate significant delays whenever possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for lost or stolen packages rests with the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has been processed and submitted for shipment, the destination address cannot be changed. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you need assistance before your order is processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
