We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please either:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or made-to-order products (such as personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order or before initiating a return.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
