When something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This page guides you through how to start a return, request an exchange, and understand what to expect along the way. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and familiar as an easy walk along the shoreline—steady, simple, and stress-free.

How to Start a Return

If you need to send an item back, you can begin the process through your account portal or by contacting our Support Team directly.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the proper shipping address and any applicable return labels.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn or unused

In the same condition as received

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Certain items—such as personal care products or items marked as final sale—may not qualify for return. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, returns cannot be processed.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, color, or variant, we’re happy to help with an exchange whenever inventory allows.

How to request an exchange:

Follow the same steps as starting a return and specify that you’d prefer an exchange. If the item is in stock, we’ll hold your replacement until the original item is on its way back.

Please note that outbound shipping times for exchange items may vary based on availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund promptly. Photographs of the damage or issue may be requested to speed up the process.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the vendor or fulfillment center associated with your product. Some items include prepaid return labels, while others may require the customer to cover return shipping. Details will be provided during the return approval process.

Marketplace, Brand Partner, and Third-Party Vendor Returns

Items fulfilled by Marketplace partners, Brand Partners, or third-party suppliers may follow different return procedures. Any special requirements will be communicated during your return request.
